Shipping Policy: 

To reduce order cancellations: Orders will be processed after they have been confirmed with the customer via whatsapp. Please check your phones after placing an order! :) If you do not confirm your order it may be cancelled or you may experience a delay in your treats!

Delivery is subject to your delivery location and we will keep you updated on timings based on your location. Shipped means, given to TCS for delivery - after that TCS is responsible for prompt order delivery. A TCS tracking ID will be provided for each shipment. Here are a few estimates: 

Lahore - Estimated next day delivery through TCS if order is placed before 2 pm on a business day 

Karachi - 1-2 Days after order fulfilment 

Islamabad - 1-2 Days after order fulfilment 

Faisalabad - Same rules as Lahore

*Fulfilment means, after it has been picked up by the courier. 

*Please note, orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next day and orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday due to the weekend. 

*All mentions of dates and times are referring to business days/working days
